Background:

Founder and owner of an accounting software firm with over 300 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software implementations focused on manufacturing and distribution.

Transitioned to work for a cybersecurity company based in Israel, utilizing business knowledge, software development, information security, and human behavior intelligence to create a multi-country defense intelligence solution.

Founded DUOLARK in 2014 to focus on business information security, health information security, and cybersecurity specific to the healthcare industry.

In HHS’ Omnibus 17, DUOLARK is one of three companies the DOJ exempted from HIPAA HITECH to validate and ensure healthcare data integrity in EHR (Electronic Healthcare Records) practice management and hospital software. We have evolved and now - also focus on DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response). DUOLARK LLC became PCI-DSS re-certified February 2026.
